Roadside and towing
If your policy includes towing, accident-scene towing is through Quest Towing Services at 1-866-771-2966.
After an accident or loss
- Make sure everyone is safe. Call 911 if anyone is hurt or there’s danger.
- Prevent further damage if you can do it safely, such as covering a damaged roof or shutting off water.
- Document everything. Take photos, and get names, contact, and insurance details for anyone involved. Note any police or fire report number.
- Report the claim at 1-800-922-4632 or online.
- Let our office know at 636-797-5800 so we can help you through the process.
Your adjuster determines coverage based on your policy. Keep receipts for any emergency repairs or extra living expenses.
Broken windshield?
Glass claims can be filed by phone at 1-800-922-4632 or online through the Claims Center, where you can schedule the repair.
Missed a payment?
Call us right away at 636-797-5800. Acting quickly gives you the most options to keep your coverage in force.
